No No No... the werewolf is just there to make the main character realize just how much she loves the vampire and appriciate the vampire even more... add the werewolf's there to create some drama.

What good is a story about a girl who meets a vampire, falls in love with a vampire, meets a werewolf, and ends up with the vampire?
That's just crazy talk.
A good story is one about a girl who falls in love with a vampire, but chooses a werewolf in the end. Much more romantic.
